Spice, K2, Mojo, or fake weed is a drug that has taken off and been responsible for many problems over the last several years, with authorities fighting to keep it off the streets. It is sometimes sold at convenience stores and head shops as a legal alternative to marijuana and is known to cause paranoia, hallucinations and some pretty serious health complication. There have been reports of those who use it as having heart attacks, seizures and occasionally passing away.

The drug is essentially Potpourri sprayed with a chemical compound that attempts to mimic the effects of marijuana.
