Becoming the Best I Can Be

Narconon Louisiana Graduate

“With the new mindset I have, I feel like anything is possible in my future. People can’t make me mad or bring my day down. I know what my goals are and what kind of person I want to be. The things I can’t control I can’t be mad at, we can only control ourselves.

“I learned about how to control myself and my emotions. I used to get so mad that my adrenaline would start pumping and I would react on just my emotions and not think clearly about the situation. But now I think about what I can do about any situation or confrontation and go about handling it in a good way, instead of getting mad or blowing up. I have more control over my mind and over my anger. You gotta think about the now and not the past. So what can you do today to better your tomorrow, so to speak? Don’t go off your bad memories.

“I’ve learned a lot from this program and how to better myself. Being honest with myself and everyone around me. Now I can honestly look at people without lying, eye to eye. I have put my own ethics in order and learned how to better myself, my family, my group and everyone or everything I’m affiliated with. I have no problem confronting my problems and I don’t run away from them. Most of all I learned how to be sober for the rest of my life. I never have to worry about that life again.

“I can be the best I can be, every day!!”
