Millions of people in the US grew up with Red Ribbon Week in their schools, where they were educated about the dangers of drug abuse. However, many never learned the history of the week, how it started or the pledge of those involved.
Celebrating Red Ribbon Week
Narconon New Life Retreat, in celebration of Red Ribbon Week delivered drug education to over two hundred middle and high school children. The lectures showed the dangerous effects drugs have on the mind, how to stay drug free and the basic definition of what a drug is.
