I Have Gotten Rid of My Baggage

While attending the Narconon program, I have grown a lot and had so much success. I have become better able to think clearly, and I don't live in the past anymore. I also gained a better relationship with my parents and siblings.

The Sauna detoxification changed a lot for me. I am now feeling like myself, sleeping comfortably, and happy with myself. One of the wins and gains I have from doing the sauna was that I gained control of my body, which I had lost that for a while.

One of my biggest successes was sobriety. For a long time, I didn’t think I would ever be clean, but I am living proof it is possible.

To me, the most critical success I have gained from Narconon is responsibility and happiness. Before, I was selfish and only kept myself in mind. I have gained the ability to confront things from my past and realize why I acted the way I did. I can accept what has happened in my past and have grown from it. This led me to becoming honest. Life is better now that I have gotten the baggage of my past off of me, and I couldn’t have done that without Narconon!

I gained a healthy relationship with my wife, and for the first time, we are on the same page. I have successfully gained respect from my peers and trust, as well. I will continue to learn to be a better person and ultimately, a better husband to my wife and father to my son.

Now I have realized what my purpose is in life and how to be genuinely happy with myself and my life. Thank you to the Narconon program and all the staff for guiding me to sobriety and all-around changing my life forever.
