Getting Back in Control of My Life
When I first arrived at Narconon, I was at the lowest point I had ever reached in my life. My life and relationships had fallen to pieces and I had spiritually and mentally imploded. I was at war with myself and completely unequipped to handle the problems that had become bigger than me. I arrived at Narconon with my head hanging low and with a broken heart.
As I began to work the program, I quickly noticed a change in my wellness and my view of myself. I observed my previous patterns of behavior and finally identified what I was trying to heal or alleviate with drug use. I realized I could change this on my own, drug free.
“Taking responsibility and putting yourself at cause over your life is a truly beautiful feeling and a gift to yourself and your loved ones.”
It wasn’t easy. I had to challenge myself and figure out who I was and then learn to be proud of that person. Taking responsibility and putting yourself at cause over your life is a truly beautiful feeling and a gift to yourself and your loved ones.
I cannot thank the staff enough for helping me, for supporting me and listening to me at this transformative time in my life. I love you all. Thank you for doing what you do. For the first time in my life, I am looking toward the future with fresh eyes and I am so excited to see what my new life has in store for me.
