I Have Hope Again

When I first came to Narconon, I had no hope. I thought I was going to lose my career, my education, my home, my beautiful fiancé, my family, and my sanity. I was not happy about coming and thought this program could do nothing for me. I’m happy to say now that I was wrong.

Through the sauna New Life Detox, I was able to have a fresh start to clear my mind and body of harmful chemicals and think and function like a new man. I owe a special thanks to the New Life Detox In-Charge for his help, patience, and support.

Once I had been physically restored, my twin and I moved on to Objectives. There I learned how to live in the present and communicate clearly again. I had a lot of important realizations about my life and how I had been living it. Here I owe a big thanks to the Objectives Supervisor for doing a great job and to my twin for being a great twin.

“I was able to define and build my personal ethics in order to decide who I wanted to be and how I was going to navigate through life without losing sight of who I was.”

The third part of the program was a little daunting at first—digging into my past and how I’d fallen short of the man I was learning I could be. I was able to define and build my personal ethics in order to decide who I wanted to be and how I was going to navigate through life without losing sight of who I was. A tremendous thank you to the Supervisor for his quick wit and his knowledge, without which I would have never made it through.

I also owe a special thanks to the Intake Specialist for getting me here, the Case Supervisor for listening to my many problems many times, and the staff for helping me with anything else I needed while I was here. The staff’s efforts on all our behalf. Thanks to you I have hope again.
