I Now Feel Helpful and Hopeful of the Future

Silhouette—Hand in chain

I am now at the long roads end, wrapping up my program at Narconon Louisiana. The road goes ever onward however, and I must now apply all that I have learned. I have restored my body to a clean and healthy one. I have gained patience, a higher level of awareness and the ability to be in present time.

Now I have finished the Life Skills portion of the program. I have handled the people in my life and have disconnected from others who bring me down. I have put down, in black and white, my past transgressions thus relieving a great weight from my shoulders and restoring my personal responsibility. I am working my conditions to move into a better condition in my life. I have also created a battle plan concerning my future so I stay productive and sober. I now feel helpful and hopeful of the future.
