Before I came to Narconon, I was a complete wreck. I pushed away close friends and family, and worst of all, I was on the verge of losing my two daughters, who mean the world to me.

Once I came to Narconon, I had to go through the withdrawal part of the program, where I did countless mental exercises to put my body and mind at ease while going through withdrawals. Then, finally, I could get comfortable in my skin again, be there comfortably, and confront my problems and the people in my life. After completing my withdrawal, I then soon started the sauna New Life Detox.

In sauna, I got to sweat the drug residues and toxins out of my body. I could sleep through the night and eat all the food in front of me. I gained all my energy and more due to doing sauna. After completing the New Life Detox, I moved on to a very interesting part of the program called Objectives.

“I learned how to communicate better with others and express my emotions without turning to aggression.”

During Objectives, I gained patience, control, and better communication with myself and others. I advanced and achieved a lot of wins and gains because I applied myself. I learned control over various parts of my life and myself. I learned how to communicate better with others and express my emotions without turning to aggression.

Once I completed that step, I moved on to the last part – the life skills program, where I got to take a step back and assess the problems and damages I caused in my life for my family and myself, and I got to handle that with them. I also was able to take responsibility for my actions and decisions and see them on paper. I got to relieve myself, take responsibility for my harmful actions, and leave them in the past so I now have a clean slate on which to build my life back. I gained a higher sense of responsibility from doing that. I got to look at the conditions of my life. I was in a liability condition in every dynamic of my life. I got to see why I was a liability to myself, my family, and the group, make up damages, and work my way back up to a normal condition of my life, which has improved me as a man mentally and physically, and for that, I am grateful and as happy as I have ever been. With the help of all the staff at Narconon, I can go back to life with enough confidence to achieve greatness! Thank you, Narconon, for helping me change my life!
