Head of Nursing Staff
Olivia Bennett, LPN, LMT
Olivia was born in Alexandria, Louisiana although she has been in Denham Springs since 2011. She graduated from high school and Nursing school in Alexandria, LA and became licensed as a Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurse Examiners in 1995. She worked for several years with mentally and physically handicapped kids at St Mary’s Training School and later in home health before moving to Missouri with her husband and two boys.
After two more relocations, the family settled in Denham Springs. Somewhat disillusioned with the direction of health care and overmedication of patients, she gravitated to the healing arts and became certified by the Louisiana Board of Massage Therapy as a Massage Therapist in 2013. In 2016 she bought a local gym to house her Massage Practice.
Olivia is passionate about helping others and since 2015 she has used her Nursing skills to assist the students of Narconon New Life Retreat in their recovery. She has found a niche at Narconon New Life Retreat and is loved by the staff and students for her care, compassion and helpfulness.
A member of the Revival Temple church, she enjoys spending time with both of her young adult sons and grand ”dogs” and traveling as much as she can with her husband of 25 years.
