Narconon Louisiana
Program Success

Happy young woman on the beach, enjoying sober life.

The following is a success story from one of our most recent graduates.

“It is not going to be easy to put into words the experience I had during my program. The wins just kept coming and my life was steadily coming back to me. I feel new, recharged and excited about living.

“Mentally and physically when I arrived here I was a mess, to say the least.

“The people in the Withdrawal Unit were welcoming and showed that the staff here were invested in my life. The people here truly care. What a cool concept of having a team of people working toward my betterment.

“This was a rollercoaster with ups and downs but each up was so drastic that the downs could hardly be considered a loss. While I was in the middle of each part of the program, it was not that easy to see my improvements. In fact, I fought it a little because I didn’t understand exactly why I was doing these things. But in the end, they became the turning point for me.

“I can and will be happy, healthy and productive. …This is not a feeling that will pass, it is the new me.”

“I am whole again. I smile, not just outwardly. I believe in myself and others. I am full of hopes that I know I can fulfill. The world no longer seems cruel and against me. I see things for what they are. I can and will be happy, healthy and productive. I will help mankind. This is not a feeling that will pass, it is the new me. I want everyone to feel this way.

“A ’thank you’ to Narconon Louisiana hardly covers my excitement and gratitude. I have a life—that is huge!

“I could name every staff member and executive, or go through each portion of the organization, but the truth is it was everyone and everything together as a whole made my experience what it is.

“I will NEVER forget and I will NEVER stop giving back to the world. I am the luckiest person in the entire universe at this moment.”
